The Madison County Community Foundation and United Way partner to “Mobilize Madison County’s Next Generation of Leaders.”
National data show a steep drop-off in Gen-X’s charitable involvement, including serving on nonprofit boards. This could lead to a “leadership gap” if potential future leaders go untapped.
If you are a young professional interested in becoming more involved in local charities, or if you are a board member or executive director of a nonprofit seeking young talent to add a fresh perspective to your organization, then this is the event for you.
Join us on June 28th at 11:30 at The Edgewood, 519 Golf Club Road in Edgewood to learn more about this potential leadership gap, what motivates Gen-X and Millennials, and what Madison County can do to attract and retain the next generation of leaders.
